This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to FZ Lister (a service owned by FZ Real Estate LLC) are handled. By subscribing to or using any of the paid features of our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Nature of Services

FZ Lister is a web-based software platform that provides digital solutions for real estate professionals, including but not limited to property listing tools, lead management, analytics, and agency dashboards. As our services are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon purchase, they are classified as non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Therefore, traditional return policies do not apply.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions or service upgrades on FZ Lister are final and non-refundable. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to a digital service; no physical product will be shipped.
  • Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in this policy.
  • We do not offer partial refunds, credits for unused time, or refunds for subscription cancellations during an active billing period.

3. Exceptions — Technical Issues

In rare cases where you are unable to access or use the platform’s core features due to persistent technical issues directly caused by our system (and not due to your device, internet connection, or user error), you may be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a refund under this clause, you must:

  • Report the issue in writing within 7 days of occurrence.
  • Provide clear evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or video recordings.
  • Cooperate with our technical support team and allow a reasonable time for resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • User mistakes (e.g., incorrect account setup or failure to follow instructions).
  • Inactivity or lack of use of purchased features.
  • Dissatisfaction with platform design, layout, or performance.
  • Data loss due to user-side actions or negligence.
  • Duplicate purchases unless reported within 24 hours.

5. Subscription Renewals & Billing

If your account is on a recurring subscription plan, it is your responsibility to manage your billing preferences. Refunds will not be issued for charges resulting from failure to cancel before your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be provided.

6. Disputed or Chargeback Payments

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Access to all services will be revoked until the dispute is resolved. FZ Real Estate LLC reserves the right to recover funds and pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent or unjustified disputes.
